About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales department in performing day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Handle customers' enquiries/requests via phone calls and emails.
  • Process paperwork, issue Sales Quotations, P/Os, Contracts, D/Os or other sales-related documentation.
  • Follow up with overseas sales.
  • Prepare inventory records for reporting purposes.
  • Provide support and coordinate with inter-department to ensure smooth operation.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
