As a Sales Support, your mission is to make the sales team more efficient,effective,and customer-focused through reliable support and data-driven operations. Your contributions will empower our sales representatives to achieve their targets and drive business growth. You will report to Customer Data and Marketing Support Supervisor.

You will

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Support sales engineer to create opportunities and quotations in CRM system,clean and maintain opportunities include status,expected close date,etc.

Apply for and manage bank guarantees to support contract execution and risk control.

Design,build,and maintain system workflows on the platform to ensure efficient and standardized sales operations.

Prepare sales report,dashboards,and performance analysis.

Respond to sales engineer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
