RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call customers / Attending any calls
- To liaise with auto finance sales on new loan submissions.
- Data entry loan processing. To key in customer information and create application within
- the stipulated time frame and to make sure the date key in is accurate
- Obtain further information for incomplete information / documents
- Perform verification on customers personal and / or employment information
- Uploading relevant document and key in invoicing for disbursement.
- Printing agreement and attend to customers for signing agreement
