Sales Support Executive (Immediate / West)

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately
• Coordinate order fulfillment to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Prepare and organize materials for sales presentations in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers to address procedural queries and assess satisfaction levels
• Monitor active purchase orders and ensure completion within agreed timelines
• Report inventory discrepancies or service issues promptly to management and Sales Manager
• Assess customer requirements and provide advice on technical matters
• Perform ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sales support or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP system knowledge and experience in the Marine industry are added advantages
