About the Role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports
- Manage full RMA cycle, including returns processing and documentation
- Process sales orders and generate delivery orders and invoices with accuracy
- Issue proforma invoices to support payment processing
- Coordinate shipping arrangements and delivery schedules
- Monitor and update inventory movements and pricing records in the system
- Process purchase orders and liaise with factories to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems
- Perform other ad‑hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned
