About the Role


  • Daily customer contact via phone and email.

  • Preparing, processing, and following up on quotations and orders.

  • Providing administrative support to account managers.

  • Handling and following up on complaints until resolution.

  • Managing customer files and updating CRM information.

  • Coordinating with logistics and planning for deliveries.

  • Preparing sales reports and analyses.

  • Contributing ideas to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes.



  • SGood command of Dutch and French; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.

  • Accurate, organised, and good at setting priorities.

  • Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP).

  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
