About the Role

* Supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties including arranging on-sites, off-sites, and exchanges of containers

* Setting up customer direct debits and chasing payment where required

* Responsible for creating and issuing customer waste reports each month

* Managing the Sales Team’s diaries and booking client meetings

* Utilising the internal CRM system to log customer information

* Applying to local authorities for customer permits when required

* Upselling WRC’s service offerings where possible

* Managing several inboxes’ to ensure all customer queries are dealt with accordingly

* Proficient user of Microsoft packages

* Taking payments from customers over the phone

* General office duties including managing incoming calls and emails and directing them when required
