**Overview**
The **Engineering** , **Enablement & Operations (EE&O)** team enables the Microsoft Commercial Business to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. We do this by designing and managing the systems, tools, and strategies that drive commercial excellence spanning compensation, performance insights, planning, skilling, and sales tools.
