Sales Staff - Sta. Rosa

Your Role

The Sales Staff reports to the Branch Head and supports the branch by delivering good customer service, building strong client relationships, and helping grow sales through cross-selling and account management. The role also handles client onboarding with complete KYC requirements, follows AML/CFT compliance, and may assist in cash handling or teller duties when needed to ensure smooth branch operations.

Your Impact

A. Financial:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for deposits, loans, credit cards, bancassurance, and other assigned products.
• Generate new customer leads through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and in-branch walk-ins.
• Proactively cross-sell banking products to existing clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline by identifying, pursuing, and converting prospects to meet sales target.
