About the team Be a part of the team spearheading chance for the sales team at ZF that will be moving under Harman International. This person will work closely with account managers and other internal departments to develop new processes, systems, and tools to be implemented.

· Establishes and maintains standardized sales processes, guidelines, systems, and tools to ensure continuity.


· Aligns with cross‑functional stakeholders on updates to sales directives, commercial policies, and toolkit templates.


· Coordinates cross‑functionally on customer communication and letter wording.


· Drives process optimization across the sales toolset and related systems.


· Manages sales tools including CRM, ERP customer data, B2B platforms, contract management, KPIs, and reporting/analytics.
