About the Role
What You'll Do
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to parent leads
- Pitch our programs and handle questions confidently
- Book free demo / trial sessions for interested parents
- Follow up with every booked lead to confirm attendance — no ghost demos
- Reschedule no-shows and maintain a demo show-up rate above 70%
- Log all call outcomes in the CRM the same day
You're a Fit If You
- Have 2–3 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service
- Are fluent in English + one regional language
- Are comfortable making back-to-back calls all day and still sound warm
- Take ownership: if a demo is booked, you own it until the parent shows up
- Should have worked in Edtech
