Job Scope:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services
Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads
Arrange appointments for the sales team with potential clients
Follow up on inquiries and warm leads to maintain engagement
Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and platforms like LinkedIn
Understand customer requirements and pass high-quality leads to the sales team
Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets
Prepare basic reports on call activity, leads, and conversion performance
