Position Overview

Sales Representative – Poultry at Trouw Nutrition, location: Chilliwack, BC.Full‑time, 40 hours a week.The position requires regular on‑site presence and flexibility to accommodate customer visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to achieve agreed sales objectives and targets.
• Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers using market knowledge, insights, and diverse outreach methods.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with new and existing customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term growth.
• Apply value‑based selling techniques to understand customer needs and position products and services as effective, differentiated solutions.
