Sales Representative

Job Description

• Represent the Company’s products and services (freight forwarding industry).
• Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Grow account in all service categories.
• Review accounts to identify problems, proposed changes in schedule, rates, handling requirements, etc.
• Maintain working relationships with agents at the destination and other sales colleagues to exchange leads and work as a team to close business for the organization.
• Qualify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the business probability.
• Research prospects and generate leads.
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
