What the role looks like

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach.
• Identify relevant alternative points of contact using tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk target forms.
• Adhere to all response-time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences.
• Actively manage the sales pipeline with a focus on moving prospects through the funnel.
• Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
• Transition qualified leads from the pipeline to the onboarding team to advance the customer journey and buying process.
