Responsibilities

  • Execute demand creation activities and promotions in assigned sales areas (field days, stakeholder meetings, channel merchandising, and other related activities).
  • Provide channel sales support by visiting dealers and seed shops to monitor product availability, visibility and movement; implement channel promotions in coordination with the sales manager and distributor teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including growers (both big land owners and small holder growers), cooperatives, traders, buyers, financiers, agents, and local government units (municipal and provincial agriculturists).
  • Address stakeholder feedback, concerns, and issues related to Enza Zaden products and activities.
