Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. Merchandiser experience is a PLUS FACTOR.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales management techniques and excellent communication skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Must be self-motivated, resilient, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Age: 28 to 35 years of age.
• Residence: Should be based and residing in Metro Cebu.
• Licenses: With valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a vehicle or motorcycle.
• Experience Network: Must have at least 2 years sales experience and an existing network in Hardware or Industrial in Visayas and Mindanao.
