About the Role
Responsibilities Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, phone, website, and social media enquiries
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into student enrolments
Advise students and parents on suitable programmes
Build partnerships with enterprises, international schools, and corporate clients
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities
Respond professionally to enquiries and comments on social media platforms
Maintain customer records and support administrative processes

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
