Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales organization by enabling effective planning, performance tracking, systems management, and cross‑functional coordination. The incumbent will ensure that sales teams are equipped with the right tools, processes, and insights to deliver sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Planning & Forecasting
    • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning cycles
    • Develop and track sales forecasts in collaboration with regional/area sales teams
    • Monitor demand vs. supply alignment to minimize stock‑outs and over‑stocking
  2. Performance Management & Reporting
    • Design and manage sales dashboards (primary & secondary sales, coverage, productivity)
