Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of our sales incentive compensation plans globally, ensuring payments are accurate, timely and paid in accordance with the plans.
  • Serve as the expert resource for the various plans the team administers, including general commission rules and specific plan requirements for all plan types, and understanding system capabilities.
  • Act as a point of contact for their assigned area, performing research to help resolve issues and develop appropriate solutions for exception payments.
  • Generate timely issuance of Goal Achievement Plans (GAPs) to compensation plan participants as needed and address participants’ questions and concerns.
  • Develop, maintain, and update processes critical to data accuracy for reporting and tracking of compensation metrics.
