Key Responsibilities
Account Management/Retail Partner Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact and brand representative for authorised retail partners across Malaysia.
- Develop and maintain a structured account management cadence, including regular store visits, business reviews, and seasonal range presentations.
- Negotiate and manage sell-in volumes, seasonal buys, and trading terms in collaboration with the Country Manager/Mido HQ, ensuring commercial targets are met while preserving healthy partner margins.
- Proactively identify and address challenges within accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.
Inventory, Replenishment & Other Management
- Monitor auto-replenishment systems across all points of sale, reviewing stock positions on a regular basis and taking corrective action when replenishment triggers are not performing as expecte...
