Key Responsibilities

Account Management/Retail Partner Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and brand representative for authorised retail partners across Malaysia.
  • Develop and maintain a structured account management cadence, including regular store visits, business reviews, and seasonal range presentations.
  • Negotiate and manage sell-in volumes, seasonal buys, and trading terms in collaboration with the Country Manager/Mido HQ, ensuring commercial targets are met while preserving healthy partner margins.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges within accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.

Inventory, Replenishment & Other Management
