Compensation & Benefits
Salary/Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 + commission
Pay Schedule: Two times a month
Bonuses/Incentives: Commission on all service Sales between 5-10% based on service sold. 5% On sale of Monthly Reoccurring Membership (Rookie-Adult) 10% on sale of D1 on 1, Overtime Package or Team Package. Monthly bonus to be paid on net profit each month based on the following Tiers (Paid on the 15th of each month following the close of the prior period): • Tier 1: $5,000+ = 3.0% (From net profit dollar 1) • Tier 2: $12,000+ = 5% (From net profit dollar 1, not compounded with Tier 1) • Tier 3: $20,000+ = 7.5% (From ne...
