RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement regional and national sales strategies.
• Manage and supervise field force teams to ensure target achievement.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and market penetration.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• PharmD / MBA from a recognized institute.
• 4-5 years of relevant sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong presentation skills.
