About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales team and set monthly/quarterly targets. Design and implement sales strategies to grow revenue. Drive partnerships for PR services, magazine ads, and event sponsorships. Cultivate relationships with key industry clients and agencies. Hire, train, and supervise the sales team including executives and interns. Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media/PR/events. Strong leadership, planning, and client servicing skills. Experience in key account management and team building. Excellent spoken and written communication.
