What you will do

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales quotas across assigned territories and product lines by implementing innovative strategies to expand Stryker's market presence and grow the customer base.
• Lead Strategic Planning: Align sales strategies with Finance and Operations, including pricing models, customer targeting, and forecasting. Design differentiated business models to approach high-potential customers and strategic opportunities.
• Introduce and Promote New Products: Lead the launch of new products in the market, ensuring successful adoption through education, engagement, and value-driven positioning.
• Manage Direct & Indirect Channels: Define and manage optimal sales channels to maximize market reach and ensure efficient distribution of products and services.
