About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans for battery sales through battery specialist, wholesaler, and retail chain channels in close cooperation with cross functional teams. 
  • Forecast sales, develop strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of products and market dynamics to make effective strategies to deliver annual targets and mid-term sales goals. 
  • Negotiate conditions with customers on program range, prices and promotion to draw optimized results in volume and commercial margin.
  • Maintain customers’ loyalty by regular visit offering value proposition such as sales support and problem solving.
