We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship‑focused Head of Sales & Distribution to lead revenue generation, distribution partnerships, and investor relationships across Dubai.

This role carries direct ownership of:

• UHNWI and Family Office relationships
• Revenue KPIs and RM performance management

The position reports to the Director and plays a central role in scaling ShareSquare’s distribution model in a regulated environment.
