Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
• Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address challenges and provide feedback.
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent (preferred).

Experience
