Responsibilities

• Building and scaling a department from scratch: hiring, onboarding, training, and adapting employees to different time zones.
• Development of sales strategies for different markets, creation of scripts and negotiation scenarios (including correspondence in messengers — Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).
• Distributed team management: daily meetings, KPI monitoring, motivation, mentoring.
• Setting up and administering CRM Bitrix24 — funnels, reports, process automation.
