About the Role

Position Summary: As the SLP Partner II for True Forward/True Up, you will handle the day-to-day organization and processing of True Forwards/True Ups, including quoting, booking, and updating databases. You will communicate the status of the True Forward/True Up to both internal F5 organizations (Sales, Channel, Customer Success) and external partners (distribution partners, VAR partners, Integral Service Integrators).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quoting and booking True Forwards/True Ups on a timely basis.
  • Drive awareness of the EOM/EOQ pipeline and high-visibility TF/TUs.
  • Improve and/or create new ways of tracking TF/TUs so that the status of each opportunity is available and reportable.
  • Responsible for ongoing communication to TF/TU Sales Ops leaders regarding SLA, quoting volume, and any potential operational improvements.
