Job Description

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage team scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Review and approve team requests (e.g., leaves, discounts, and operational needs)
  • Monitor performance and prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Track KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity
  • Train, onboard, and continuously develop sales team members to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all sales channels
  • Coordinate with marketing and other teams for campaign execution and product promotions
