About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market
  • Manage and follow up on generated leads, ensuring daily KPIs are achieved
  • Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments and conduct at least 1 meeting per day
  • Understand clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable projects
  • Assist clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs
  • Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively
  • Regularly visit different project sites to maintain strong client engagement and market knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
