About the Role
Role & responsibilities:
- Implement sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory to maximize revenue.
- Will handle the territory of North Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan.
- Achieve predefined volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure timely implementation of company policies and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) regularly.
- Develop and expand the distribution/channel network as per agreed business plans.
- Monitor and control territory expenses efficiently to ensure optimal utilization.
