About the Role

Role & responsibilities:

  • Implement sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory to maximize revenue.
  • Will handle the territory of North Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan.
  • Achieve predefined volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure timely implementation of company policies and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) regularly.
  • Develop and expand the distribution/channel network as per agreed business plans.
  • Monitor and control territory expenses efficiently to ensure optimal utilization.
