About the Role

Role & responsibilities: Implement sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory to maximize revenue. Will handle the territory of North Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan. Achieve predefined volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure timely implementation of company policies and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) regularly. Develop and expand the distribution/channel network as per agreed business plans. Monitor and control territory expenses efficiently to ensure optimal utilization. Promote and register the companys brand with government bodies, corporates, and key institutions to secure product specifications. Plan and execute sales promotion activities and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence (competitors, pricing, demand trends) to the back office.
