Key Responsibilities: Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all students, parents, and visitors at the front desk. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students and their families to enhance engagement and retention. Convert enquiries into enrollments through effective consultations and a customer-focused sales approach. Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities across courses, programs, and additional services. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students and encourage renewals and continued enrolment from existing students.
