Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling. Qualify leads, coordinate site visit schedules, and conduct property site visits with prospective clients. Conduct property presentations and client meetings. Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records. Convert prospects into bookings and achieve sales targets. Coordinate with developers and clients for smooth closures.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or inside sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience in lead generation, site visits, and sales closures. Target-driven with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
