Scope and Influence

Scope: Mandate to take decisions and make changes. Domestic, regional or global responsibilities.

Influence: Authority to take decisions in accordance with AB Volvo’s Authorization rules.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• PR relationship with all levels of retail customers, focusing directly on purchasing, accounts and technical departments, senior management team and their respective depot managers.
• Regular competitive analysis feedback in the territory. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.
• Maintain and execute effective fleet account management plan with regular check‑ins on effectiveness.
• Collect information on total sales and profitability per retail customer and suggest areas for improvement for new account penetration and conquest of other brands, by region, by segments.
