About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
  • Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or related industries)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of GRP/Fiberglass products is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Self‑motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge in CAD
