About the Role

Responsibilities: Sales Order:
  • Receive and process Sales Orders upon receipt of Purchase Order
  • Distribute SO to relevant parties when created
  • Follow up on Sales Order
  • Follow up on Shipping Instruction
Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA):
  • Work closely with QA/Engineering/Procurement on the handling of all warranty parts returned by customers’
File Management:
  • Spare Parts Database: To review Pricing & Maintain Spare Part List & Cost
  • SO Database: Up to date database management on yearly basis
  • Other Internal Database: Invoice /Airway Bill / Item receive / Date
Exhibition:
  • To be the point of contact for all shows participated by Greatech under the lead of a Sales Manager
  • Pro-actively seek direction and decision from lead of exhibitions for all exhibitions related matters
