Sales Engineer

• To support and assist the Executive Director & Sales Manager for the products marketing, sales activities and on-site support activities
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator market
• Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
• Actively participate tenders and BQs
• To support in new products / product improvement identification according to customer needs.
• Attend and present at customer meetings / tender clarification meeting
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Attend customer complaint and resolve the complaint with professional response

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) is preferred.
• Mandarin Speaking & Writing is mandatory
