Role Summary

The Plant Room Upgrade Sales Engineer is responsible for the design, including selection and sizing of equipment, and development activities according to customer specifications. He/she shall be responsible for determining the scope of work and preparation and submission of bid documents in a timely manner. The Plant Room Upgrade Sales Engineer reports to Plant Room Upgrade Sales Manager. He/she shall coordinate with Customer Consultants, Operations team, and Support team to ensure strategies are executed accordingly and in a timely manner.

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform project design (including selection and sizing of equipment) and development activities according to customer specifications.
• Understand scope of HVAC work to bid.
• Perform site surveys, site measurements, attend pre-bid walkthrough if needed.
