About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute robust national/regional sales initiatives aligned with the firm's aggressive growth layout.

• Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing B2B sales team focused on major commercial, industrial, and safety accounts.

• Oversee major technical bids, large-scale commercial proposals, and complex multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.

• Partner seamlessly with engineering and operations divisions to deliver fully tailored infrastructure and security solutions.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or director-level capacity.
