About the Role

Role Purpose

To lead the localized growth of the Singapore subsidiary and secure primary listings in major retail chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Singapore market P&L and long-term brand strategy.
  • Lead the core local team and build a high-performance organizational culture.
  • Channel Management: Focus on securing listings in Modern Trade (NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, Sheng Siong) and overseeing existing E-commerce/HORECA distributors.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (SFA, ACRA, and the upcoming Beverage Container Return Scheme).

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in FMCG, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the Singapore retail landscape.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; degrees in Business Administration or Marketing are preferred.
