Role Overview

QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Sales Director (Europe) hire in a specialist B2B Ingredient category. The business is a fast growth leader in providing niche ingredient solutions to Food Groups.

This is an individual contributor/director level position managing an existing book of €multi-million sales. Reporting the VP of the region (based in the USA) the role requires a proven Sales Director with a focus on Europe to create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth.

The idóneo candidate will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, stand‑alone growth environment, with the autonomy to build world‑class partnerships with the customer base.
