The Opportunity
The Inside Sales & Pricing Coordinator supports the Marketing and Inside sales department by prospecting, engaging with existing and prospective clients to understand their shipping requirements and provide accurate, timely quotations for the most cost-effective routes. This role manages inbound sales inquiries, research transportation options, negotiates rates with carriers and agents, and prepares competitive proposals in alignment with customer needs and company standards. The position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the coordinator ensures exceptional customer service, fosters long‑term client relationships, and upholds the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and operational compliance.
