Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our AI Managed Operations services. This role is responsible for executing outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, managing prospect conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a performance‑driven outbound sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Sequence Execution

• Execute personalized outbound email campaigns using sales engagement platforms.
• Manage multi‑touch outreach sequences and follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
• Research prospects and personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity levels to generate qualified opportunities.
