About the Role
- Meet the monthly sales target of $25,000.00 or quarterly sales target of $72,000.00
- Manage and supervise Production/Installation teams
- Review drawings and estimate material procurement for project/contract
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of Project/Contract
- Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is adhered at all times
- Liaise and co-ordintion with customer/client to resolve discrepancies eg. on site measurement, production drawings, material etc.
- Ensure all Production/Installation workers report to work/site on time
- Liaise with Project Executive/Supervisor (Worker) on work scheduling and manpower planning
- Other tasks assigned by the company's Director
