- Input rooming lists and set up group master accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute group reservation links (Res-Links)- Prepare detailed group resumes and banquet event orders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Enter actual group pick-up details into CRM systems.
