You implement the business segment sales strategy and develop the global sales approach for defined geographies

You establish the business in the “Good Enough” market segment by defining and executing targeted measures

You manage and develop global sales channels including agents and resellers with a focus on growth and target achievement

You lead key sales negotiations and coordinate sales activities across the international sales network

You ensure smooth operational workflows between the sales network and the second brand order team from offer to service

You assume disciplinary leadership of assigned employees including performance reviews and regular team meetings (in the future depending on growth)
