About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Confirmation of delivery date to customer;
- Advise customer on stock outs and when available;
- Dealing with freight companies, getting quotes, learning shipping routes;
- Co-ordinate with distribution to ensure all pods are returned timeously;
- Assist with monthly stock-take duties;
- Correspond with clients in African countries.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 with a relevant Tertiary Qualification;
- Experience in working with JDE software packages;
- Fully bilingual - English and Afrikaans.
